What is something most people don't know about you?

Grant spent 16 years in the Nursery industry. Most people don't know that BlueJay is owned and operated by a Plant Scientist (Botanist).

 

Why do you think it's important for people to shop local?

Shopping local puts your money where you live by supporting your neighbors, their kids and their ability to pay it forward by shopping local. It also provides greater accountability for the customer and increases pride and community involvement.

 

Where are your favorite places to go in the neighborhood/Valley?

Snoqualmie Falls, Three Forks Natural Area, Coal Creek, Fall City, North Bend

What are your favorite things to do in the neighborhood/Valley?Check out local shops with our 10-year-old, Evy. Visit the library, hiking, exploring King County, meeting neighbors and new friends, visiting parks, going swimming.

What are your favorite restaurants in the Valley?

Infusion Bar and Grill, Caadxi Oaxaca, Frankie's Pizza, and Rio Bravito.
