What neighborhood do you live in?

Cedar Falls, North Bend

How long have you lived in that neighborhood?

We have been long-time residents of the Snoqualmie Valley and Blake was born and raised in Snoqualmie and graduated from Mount Si High School.

What is something most people don't know about you?

Tina volunteers as a cheer coach for our local Junior Cheer program. She was a cheerleader through her adolescent years and enjoys sharing her knowledge with the next generation. Sideline at a football game is her happy place.

Why do you think it's important for people to shop local?

With everything at our fingertips and just a click away, there is something grounding about visiting a local shop and seeing products in person. Our local business owners are personable and make every experience memorable. Our local shops source as much as they can from local creators so when you shop local you are supporting them as well.

Where are your favorite places to go in the neighborhood/Valley?

Carousel, North Bend Trading Company, Birches, Twin Peaks Nutrition & Wellness

What are your favorite things to do in the neighborhood/Valley?

Hiking in our backyard, paddle boarding on Rattlesnake Lake, attending Mount Si High School sporting events, walking around Meadowbrook Farm, catching a movie at the North Bend theatre.

 

What is something most people don't know about the business?  

I’m a Rotarian and I like to help out wherever I can within the community. It gives me great joy to work alongside other like-minded people in our community to provide help where its needed. This is definitely one of my favorite things.

What are your favorite restaurants in the Valley?

South Fork, Caadxi Oaxaca, North Bend Bar & Grill, Gianfranco Ristorante Italiano, Trapper’s Sushi.

 

Anything exciting going on that customers should know about? 

We recently opened a new location in Downtown North Bend in the big blue building next to Twede’s Café!
